1. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and  you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If this is your first visit you will be asked to register. Once registered you can log-in at any time when your account details will be retreived.

2. We accept credit card payment.  During the checkout proceedure you will be transferred to a third party to enter your Credit Card, which means we do not have direct access to your credit card details, where your transaction will be authorised. The third party adds an extra level of security to meet the required level for PCI complience as required by Banks and Credit Card providers.

3. This is a live site and reflects the stock available. All goods are offered subject to being available at the time of the order. Every effort is taken to ensure that the content of this website is current. 

4. All UK deliveries are subject to a postal charges based on value of £0-£20 - £2.50 and £20.00+ - £4.00. Overseas is calculated on the value and will show an estimated charge. We reserve the right to increase the charge where the shipping cost to ordervalue ratio is high. The maximum additional charge will be 10% of order value. UK parcels are sent by either Royal Mail or next day carrier (UPS) at our choice. Overseas postage will be sent by insured air mail or UPS carrier rate which ever is the cheapest. Some products will be priced higher than in our retail shop to account for the high weight/price ratio. Please note that some prices may be higher online than in our store, this is to compensate the carrier postage charge

5. We deliver your order as soon as is possible. We will normally process your order within 2-3  business days . Please allow sufficient time for delivery after that time. If you quote an e-mail address we will inform you if there is a delay.

6. All items are offered as being available. However as many manufacturers now make limited quantities of a large proportion of their range the items listed can become unvailable without notice. If for any reason an item ordered is out of stock but will become available again shortly we will send as a follow on order. You will be informed on the invoice supplied.

7. For orders made from the UK or the European Union,  20.00% VAT is added.  All other orders are VAT free.

8. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at !!<<a href="http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm">http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm</a>>!!
Any item which is to be returned must be packed well enough to avoid damage during transit. See also point 12.

9. Frizinghall Models & Railways do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

10. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
 a. Take and fulfill customer orders
 b. Administer and enhance the site and service
 c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

12. We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with manufacturers guarantee or our own 3 month whichever is the longer. This guarentee covers any component failure which is not due to misuse, modification or damage after delivery. Any damge in transit must be notified immediately. Any fault occuring at a later date must be notified in advance before arrangement for return. If you encounter any problem we suggest contacting us first in case the problem can be solved by yourself. We do not suggest you tamper with the product unless at our request. If an item has to be returned please pack very carefully and return with a covering letter stating the problem. We will re-imburse you with the cost of return postage.
