FMR (Scale Models) Ltd T/A Frizinghall Models and Railways (here in after called the the ‘Company’)have developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we may collect, retain, process, share and transfer your Personal Data when you visit our Website or use our Services.  This Privacy Policy applies to your Personal Data when you visit our website or use our Services, and does not apply to online websites or services that we do not own or control.  We are obliged to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations when processing any personal data.

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you obtain information about our privacy practices and to help you understand your privacy choices when you use our Website and Services.

The Company is committed to ensuring the privacy of its customers and takes appropriate security measures to safeguard the storage and transfer of personal data.

We collect information about you when you register to open an account with us or place an order for our products or services.  We will collect Personal Data from you as necessary to offer and fulfil our contractual obligations.

We will ask you for your card number, expiry date and security code so that your order may be processed.


We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback.

    We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.  We do not allow our third party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

    Our services are not directed to children.  We do not knowingly collect information, including Personal Data, from children or other individuals who are not legally able to use our services.
