The Great Western Railway (GWR) employed standard designs not only for its locomotives and rolling stock, but also for many of the structures and infrastructure needed to run its railway network, none less so than its station buildings. This Scenecraft model is based on the building found at Toddington on the preserved Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway and is finished in chocolate and cream like the real station today, but buildings to the same design could be found across the GWR network making this model suitable for any GWR-based layout.
